Nice to meet you, I’m Alessandra and in 2009 I founded DH Villas in Le Marche region, where I was born and raised.
DH Villas began from a genuine passion for hospitality and a simple yet ambitious dream: to make every stay unforgettable. A passion rooted in a story passed down from one woman to another.
It was my mother, Barbara, with over twenty years of experience in the tourism industry, who instilled in me a love for this profession and taught me that a perfect holiday is built on attention, care for details, and truly listening to people.
Our strength lies in the meeting of two complementary visions: I bring creativity, energy and a constant eye on new trends, while she brings experience, balance and wisdom. Together, we craft stays that guests will cherish long after they return home.
DH Villas has grown here, in Le Marche region—a place to be savored slowly, where every home, every landscape and every detail reflects a special kind of hospitality. A place we know deeply and love to share with those who choose us.

DH Villas is a solid and ever-evolving company, specializing in the management and rental of villas and holiday homes with private pool across Italy. Our selection is never random: each property is carefully chosen to ensure comfort, privacy and quality.

We work with a professional yet deeply human approach, guiding guests in choosing the perfect home and providing continuous support before, during and after their stay. We collaborate closely with homeowners, enhancing each property while respecting its unique identity.
